1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return only if:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product was delivered
The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Refund Time
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products caused by the customer
Products returned after the return period
Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
